Why do I receive a message saying “invalid username or password”?
This problem can occur if you have not recently cleared your web browser’s cookies and cache. To empty your cookies and cache, visit the question “How do I clear my cookies and cache”.
If emptying your cookies and cache does not resolve the log in problem, please fill out a Help Desk Ticket. After filling out the required fields, an Eppley Institute representative will contact you with further assistance.
